Jewish Exponent
July 30, 2006 — The Jewish Exponent, a Philadelphia-based newspaper, re-launched their web site! The new, database-driven site features AJAX technology, which enables visitors to view article summaries by simply mousing over headlines.

Kandel Electronics Experiences 25% Sales Growth
February 16, 2005 — Kandel Electronics, a supplier of reconditioned electronic testing equipment, experienced a 25% sales growth from 2003 to 2004, due in large part to Internet marketing efforts from Pliner Solutions.

LensDirect.com Relaunched
February 2005 — Pliner Solutions helped LensDirect.com relaunch their web site by converting the code base to ASP.Net with a SQL Server 2000 back-end, applying a new design layout, and integrating the site with a telephone presecription verification service.

Pliner Solutions Upgrades Server Room, Expands Office
December, 2004 — Over the last year, Pliner Solutions has made several important upgrades to its server room and
hosting facilities. In addition to this significant bandwidth increase, we have also renovated our server room. We
have installed new cooling equipment to ensure that all of our server and network hardware runs at ideal operating
temperatures, and we have a new redundant battery backup system in place to better deal with power outages. We have
also tripled our rack space to accomodate future growth.
Additionally, we have we doubled our office space to begin making room for additional staff to accomodate our expanding business.
Hosting Facility Upgraded: 15 Times Faster!
July 6, 2004 — Pliner Solutions has upgraded its hosting facility with an OC-3 fiber optic connection.
Our current pipe is a DS3 with flexible scalability, up to our full OC-3 connection. This connection is 15 times faster than before, and we are able to very easily increase our bandwidth to accomodate for heavy traffic flow.

February 13, 2004 — SearchEgg.com, a service of Pliner.Net, is our new Internet portal service, created to help users search
the Internet using keyword targeting technology. Targeted banner advertisements, provided by Pliner.Net Banner Exchange, are also displayed based on search terms.

January 14, 2004 — InterviewStream.com, a job site where employers can view virtual interview clips through the use of video streaming technology, was launched Wednesday.
Pliner Solutions developed the web site functionality, as well as kiosk software to conduct the virtual interviews.

FantasticRates.com Goes Live
November 18, 2003 — Mortgage Discounters launched their brand new web site Tuesday. The site was produced by Pliner Solutions.
The web site, FantasticRates.com, sports an intuitive and appealing interface, and includes features like payment and amortization calculators, and a secure loan application.
Pliner Solutions Launches New Web Site
September 19, 2003 — Pliner Solutions launched its new web site, with new graphics and fresh content, in an effort to more clearly communicate the capabilities of the company.
"We felt that we needed to give our potential clients a clearer idea of what Pliner Solutions can do for our clients," said Adrian Burka, the project's lead developer. "We tried to organize the site in a way that people could not only understand what we do, but get a sense of how we do it — and how well we do it."
The new web site details key areas of the services that Pliner Solutions offers, including development, hosting, consulting, design, and Internet marketing. Each section details service specifics, and includes real-world "client spotlights" that give an in-depth look at the services Pliner Solutions provides for its clients.
Fighting the War Against Spam!
September 19, 2003 — Spam drastically hinders the productivity of anyone using e-mail. Pliner Solutions is always building new mail server filters to block e-mails that spam, as well as viruses. Additionally, we are evaluating a new tool that blocks even more spam, that will soon be made available to our clients. Does your e-mail hosting company protect you against spam and viruses?
Metrodate.com Offers "Video Profiles" to Members
July 9, 2003 -- All Metrodate.com members may now upload videos of themselves called "Video Profiles" to Metrodate.com for inclusion on their member profile. This is one of the many advanced features that the Metrodate.com web site has available to its clients.
Metrodate was the first to offer audio profiles online, and there are still many other Metrodate-only features.
