We also host the web site and manage day to day user support on behalf of our client.

Feature: Lease Builder Wizard: This tool walks you through a full set of questions to help you
create a custom lease for your tenant. It even knows about local state laws, to make
sure you are compliant. It is a robust, powerful system, yet extremely easy to use.
The system dynamically generates a PDF document complete with a table of contents, and
any additional addendums you choose to add to your lease.
Feature: Document Management: The document library is more than just a series of downloadable forms
and documents useful for landlords. The system can generate custom documents for each of your
tenants. For example, you would first select the "late notice" document, then select which
of your tenants should receive the document, enter the late fee you are charging, and then
the system will generate a complete set of PDF documents for you personally addressed to each
tenant. The forms are windows-envelope compatible, and even put your company logo on them.
Further, the system can e-mail documents to selected tenants, and will keep track of who
has read their documents.
