Pliner Solutions designed and developed the powerful video interview web site, Alpine Interviews. This custom online video software allows job candidates and hiring companies to conduct automated interviews from the convenience of their computer.

Our Role

Alpine Interviews approached us with the idea for an online video interview web site, with significant features for recruiters and HR departments. The project included a custom Flash video recorder and player that integrates flawlessly with the site, a highly interactive web site featuring modern technologies such as AJAX, a powerful permissions system protecting candidate information, a robust way to review and rate interviews, and much more. In the end the site has more of a feel of a rich desktop application than of a typical web site. We currently maintain the site and are in the process of expanding the web site's capabilities as Alpine Interviews continues to grow.
