How to Create Forms that use FormSaver (.html)
These directions will only work form FormSaver 1.5 or later!
This will start you with the minimum requirements for creating a form that uses
FormSaver. Read all of the documentation pages to see what else you can do
with FormSaver, such as setting up response files, allowing support for AOL's
web browser, and designating required fields.
FormSaver works with any form input type (that I know of) including multiple fields, and check boxes.
