Who is an ideal client?
We have IT consulting services available for all types and sizes of clients. Many of our clients are in the healthcare industry, so we are familiar with HIPAA requirements for maintaining sensitive data. For companies with a lot of computers (About 100) or otherwise high support requirements, we might have a person on site at all times. For small clients (under 10 PC's) managed services may not make sense for you, or we may do a hybrid of fixed monthly fees and hourly consulting to keep your rates as affordable as possible. Most of our clients are in the Philadelphia Metro area (PA/NJ/DE) and in the vicinity of our office in Willow Grove, PA. However, we often remotely support clients elsewhere in the US and work with local consultants to handle minor onsite support as needed.
