Web Designer / Digital Media

Pliner Solutions is looking for a talented web designer.

Responsibilities include:

  • Web design (HTML/CSS) for new sites from start to finish
  • Ongoing changes to existing client web sites
  • Graphic design, including letterhead and logo design
  • Flash and other interactive media design

Preferred Credentials:

  • BA/BS in Digital Media or Graphic Design
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS, Flash, Photoshop

ASP.Net experience is a plus, but design skills are essential to this position - not programming capabilities.

Web Developer

The successful candidate will perform work on both client and internal development projects. Responsibilities are based heavily on your qualifications and experience, but may include any of the following (and more):

  • Web Development (ASP.Net, SQL, XML, C#, AJAX, Flash, etc)
  • Software Development (.Net, C#, VB, Java)
  • Script Development (For server management, etc)

Credentials:

  • BS or MS in Computer Science or Software Engineering preferred
  • Web development experience with ASP.Net, JavaScript, CSS, etc
  • Certifications in related technologies (MCSD, Java, Oracle) are a big plus
  • Previous web experience is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Detail-oriented

Recent college graduates or experienced professionals are both welcome.

Computer Consultant

Pliner Solutions has an immediate opening for a computer consultant to provide help desk and onsite support for clients, supporting Microsoft-related technologies, as well as networking infrastructure.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting clients with computer-related questions and problems.
  • Monitoring mission-critical systems to ensure availability.
  • Resolving software issues and performing hardware repairs and/or replacements.
  • Performing installations and upgrades of hardware and software.

Credentials:

  • MCP, MCSA or MCSE is strongly encouraged
  • SQL Server, Oracle, or Cisco (CCNA) certifications are a huge plus
  • Good people skills are essential.
